Using a credit card that does not belong to you or claiming an order was falsely placed on your behalf will result in an investigation and possible prosecution. Please note your IP address is logged and verified through our internet security when accessing our website.
All orders are subjected to the processing before shipment to complete your order. If you have any questions regarding our processing/shipping, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
We highly recommend that you do not make any salon appointments until your order is received. Sincerely Shanelle will not be responsible for any hair appointment cancellations.
Please ensure all your information, including your name, shipping address, phone number, email, and the desired texture/lengths are correct before submitting your order as all sales are non-refundable. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Orders cannot be modified once placed, and payment is complete.
All orders placed over weekends/federal holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification via text/email depending on your preferred communication method selected at checkout.
No refunds permitted for refused/abandoned shipments.
We cannot expedite shipping times or order.
We cannot combine shipping or refund shipping for multiple order, as each order has separate tracking.
We cannot modify addresses or honor special mail delivery requests. If you need to do so, please visit https://www.usps.com for USPS orders only.
We ship with USPS Priority for domestic/international orders
We are not responsible for any shipping courier delays as they are third party services from Sincerely Shanelle.

Customs and Duty Taxes
All international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL depending on your location. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Sincerely Shanelle
Sincerely Shanelle is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from UPS/DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and group transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.
Return & Exchanges
DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS?
We do not offer refunds, EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT ONLY. We are more than happy to fix any issues you have with the products you received. All exchanges must be returned within 7 business days that you received the item in the original packaging/condition. If these terms are not met the product will be shipped back to you and no exchange or store credit will be granted. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged products.
**TO KEEP US AND YOU SAFE EXCHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THIS TIME DUE TO COVID-19. NO EXCEPTIONS**
Exchanges are honored within seven days of receipt of product. The product must be returned in the original condition with no alterations to be eligible for exchange. Alterations include, but are not limited to;
- The removal of tags
- The removal of zip ties
- Applying water, products, or chemical treatments.
Please email us within seven days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and photos with your email for return instructions. After seven days, all exchanges are void.
If an exchange is permitted, shipping costs of the existing order, exchange, and any upcharges are the buyer's responsibility. There is a $25.00 restocking fee associated with the exchange.
Federal law prohibits the return of used human hair.
Sincerely Shanelle reserves the right to refuse any packages/returns at any time.
